પાટી-માણસા દરબારગઢમાં વાલેરા વરુના ૧૧ સ્વજનો તાવમાં સપડાયા હતા. સદગુરુ નારાયણદાસજી સ્વામી અને ૧૧ સંતોએ પ્રાર્થના કરી તાવ પોતાના શરીરમાં ગ્રહણ કર્યો અને કુંવર આપાબાપુ સહિત સૌને સાજા કરી મચ્છુન્દ્રી નદીમાં સ્નાન કરી તાવ મુક્ત કર્યો.
પરમ ભક્તરાજ દરબારશ્રી વાલેરા વરુનું બહારવટું સદગુરુ ગુણાતીતાનંદ સ્વામીના દિવ્ય આશીર્વાદથી માત્ર સાત દિવસમાં પાર પડ્યું હતું અને પાટી-માણસા ગામનું તોરણ સ્વયં ગુણાતીતાનંદ સ્વામીએ બાંધ્યું હતું. સ્વામીના આશીર્વાદથી એમના દરબાર વંશમાં સત્સંગરૂપી વટવૃક્ષ ઘેઘૂર વિસ્તર્યું હતું અને તેમાં અનેક સમર્પિત મુક્તો થયા હતા.
એક વખત જૂનાગઢથી સદગુરુ નારાયણદાસજી સ્વામી અગિયાર સંતોના મંડળ સાથે પાટી-માણસા ગામે પધાર્યા. સંતોએ ગામના મંદિરે ઉતારો કર્યો. તે દિવસે દરબારગઢમાંથી માત્ર ભાયાબાપુ એકલા જ સ્વસ્થ હોવાથી મંદિરે દર્શને આવ્યા. પરિવારના અન્ય કોઈ સભ્યો ન આવતાં નારાયણદાસ સ્વામીએ ખબરઅંતર પૂછ્યા. ત્યારે ભાયાબાપુએ જણાવ્યું કે: “સ્વામી! સમગ્ર પરિવારમાં તાવનો ભારે વાયરો ફેલાયો છે અને સૌ કોઈ ખાટલાવશ બીમાર છે, જેથી મંદિરે આવી શક્યા નથી.”
ભાયાબાપુની વાત સાંભળી પરમ દયાળુ નારાયણદાસ સ્વામીનું હૃદય કરુણાથી દ્રવી ઊઠ્યું. તેમણે કહ્યું: “દરબાર! અમારે દરબારગઢમાં સૌની ખબર કાઢવા આવવું છે, માટે આપ આગળથી જઈ વ્યવસ્થા કરો.” ભાયાબાપુએ ઘરે જઈ વ્યવસ્થા કરાવી અને નારાયણદાસ સ્વામી સંતમંડળ સાથે દરબારગઢ પધાર્યા.
સ્વામીએ સંતોને ઉદ્દેશીને કહ્યું: “સંતો! આ દરબાર પરિવાર આપણા ગુરુદેવ ગુણાતીતાનંદ સ્વામીનો પરમ કૃપાપાત્ર છે. તેઓ કાયમ પોતાની આવકનો દશાંશ-વિશાંશ ભાગ જૂનાગઢ શ્રી રાધારમણદેવના ચરણે મોકલે છે. માટે આજે આપણે સૌએ આ પરિવારની માંદગી દૂર કરવી છે. અહીં અગિયાર વ્યક્તિઓ તાવમાં બીમાર છે અને આપણે પણ અગિયાર સંતો છીએ! આપણે સૌ મહારાજને પ્રાર્થના કરીએ કે આ સૌ નિરોગી થઈ જાય અને એમના શરીરનો તાવ આપણા શરીરમાં આવી જાય!”
આમ કહી સ્વામીએ ઠાકોરજીનું ચરણામૃત ભાયાબાપુને આપી સૌ દર્દીઓને પીવડાવવા કહ્યું. તે વખતે ભાયાબાપુના ઢોલિયા પાસે પંદરેક વર્ષના કુંવર આપાબાપુ ઊભા હતા, તેમના માથે સ્વામીએ વહાલથી હાથ મૂક્યો. પ્રસાદીનું જળ પીતાં જ ચમત્કાર થયો! દરબાર પરિવારના અગિયારેય સભ્યોનો તાવ ઉતરી ગયો અને તે તમામ તાવ અગિયારેય સંતોના શરીરમાં પ્રવેશી ગયો! કુંવર આપાબાપુનો તાવ સ્વયં સદગુરુ નારાયણદાસજી સ્વામીએ પોતાના શરીરે ગ્રહણ કરી લીધો!
સંતો મંદિરે પરત આવ્યા. બપોર પછી નારાયણદાસ સ્વામીએ હસતાં કહ્યું: “આજે આપણે સૌએ આ તાવને મચ્છુન્દ્રી નદીમાં નહાવા જઈને પધરાવી દેવો છે!” દરબારોએ ગાડાં જોડ્યાં અને સંતો ઊનાના માર્ગે મચ્છુન્દ્રી નદીના કાંઠે પહોંચ્યા. સ્વામીએ સંતોને કહ્યું: “આજે આપ સૌએ શ્રીહરિની આજ્ઞા પ્રમાણે પરદુઃખભંજક સેવા કરી તેથી અમે અતિ રાજી છીએ. હવે સૌ નદીમાં ડૂબકી લગાવો એટલે તાવ પાણીમાં વહી જશે!” સૌ સંતોએ નદીમાં સ્નાન કર્યું અને બહાર નીકળતાં જ સૌનો તાવ અદ્રશ્ય થઈ ગયો અને સંતો ફૂલ જેવા હળવાફૂલ થઈ ગયા!
આ પરચો નિહાળી સૌ ભક્તો સ્તબ્ધ થઈ ગયા. કુંવર આપાબાપુ જીવનભર કહેતા કે: “મોટા સંતની કૃપા અદ્ભુત હોય છે! નારાયણદાસ સ્વામીએ મારો તાવ પોતાના શરીરે લીધા પછી મને જીવનભર ક્યારેય તાવ આવ્યો નથી કે કોઈ દવા લેવી પડી નથી!” દરબાર આપાબાપુ પાછળથી પોતે પણ પરમ આત્મનિવેદી ભક્ત બન્યા અને સંતોની અનન્ય સેવા કરી ધન્ય બન્યા.

पाटी-माणसा में सद्गुरु नारायणदासजी स्वामी द्वारा दरबार परिवार का ज्वर ग्रहण कर मच्छुन्द्री नदी में विसर्जित करना
परम भक्तराज दरबार श्री वालेरा वरु का बाहरवटा (विद्रोह) सद्गुरु गुणातीतानन्द स्वामी के दिव्य आशीर्वाद से मात्र सात दिनों में समाप्त हुआ था और पाटी-माणसा गाँव का तोरण स्वयं गुणातीतानन्द स्वामी ने बाँधा था। स्वामीजी के आशीर्वाद से उनके राजपरिवार में सत्संग रूपी कल्पवृक्ष फला-फूला था और कई एकांतिक मुक्त हुए।
एक समय जूनागढ़ से सद्गुरु नारायणदासजी स्वामी ग्यारह संतों के मंडल के साथ पाटी-माणसा गाँव पधारे। संतों ने गाँव के मंदिर में डेरा डाला। उस दिन राजमहल से केवल भायाबापू ही स्वस्थ होने के कारण मंदिर में दर्शनार्थ आ सके। परिवार के अन्य सदस्यों के न आने का कारण पूछने पर भायाबापू ने बताया: “स्वामीजी! पूरे परिवार में तीव्र ज्वर (बुखार) का प्रकोप है और सभी शय्याग्रस्त हैं, अतः कोई मंदिर नहीं आ सका।”
यह सुनकर करुणामूर्ति नारायणदास स्वामी का हृदय द्रवित हो उठा। वे बोले: “दरबार! हमें राजमहल में सभी का स्वास्थ्य जानने हेतु आना है, अतः आप जाकर व्यवस्था करें।” भायाबापू ने आगे जाकर व्यवस्था की और नारायणदास स्वामी संतों सहित दरबारगढ़ पहुँचे।
स्वामीजी ने संतों को संबोधित करते हुए कहा: “संतो! यह राजपरिवार हमारे गुरुदेव गुणातीतानन्द स्वामी का परम कृपापात्र है। वे प्रतिवर्ष अपनी आय का दशांश-विशांश जूनागढ़ श्री राधारमणदेव के चरणों में समर्पित करते हैं। अतः आज हमें इस परिवार का कष्ट हरना है। यहाँ ग्यारह जन ज्वर से पीड़ित हैं और हम भी ग्यारह संत हैं! हम सब श्रीहरि से प्रार्थना करें कि ये सभी स्वस्थ हो जाएँ और इनके शरीर का ज्वर हमारे शरीरों में आ जाए!”
ऐसा कहकर स्वामीजी ने ठाकुरजी का चरणामृत देकर सभी रोगियों को पिलाने को कहा। उस समय खाट के समीप खड़े पंद्रह वर्षीय कुँवर आपाबापू के सिर पर स्वामीजी ने स्नेहपूर्वक हाथ रखा। चरणामृत पीते ही चमत्कार हुआ! दरबार परिवार के सभी ग्यारह सदस्यों का ज्वर तुरंत उतर गया और वह ज्वर ग्यारह संतों के शरीरों में प्रविष्ट हो गया! कुँवर आपाबापू का तीव्र ज्वर स्वयं सद्गुरु नारायणदासजी स्वामी ने अपने देह पर धारण कर लिया!
संत मंदिर लौट आए। दोपहर के पश्चात नारायणदास स्वामी ने मुस्कुराकर कहा: “आज हम इस ज्वर को मच्छुन्द्री नदी में स्नान कर विसर्जित कर देंगे!” दरबारों ने बैलगाड़ियाँ जोड़ीं और संतों को लेकर ऊना मार्ग पर स्थित मच्छुन्द्री नदी पहुँचे। स्वामीजी ने संतों से कहा: “आज आप सभी ने आज्ञा का पालन कर परोपकार किया, जिससे हम अत्यंत प्रसन्न हैं। अब नदी में डुबकी लगाइए, सारा ज्वर जल में विलीन हो जाएगा!” सभी संतों ने नदी में स्नान किया और जल से बाहर आते ही सभी का ज्वर पूर्णतः लुप्त हो गया और वे पुष्पवत हल्के हो गए!
यह अलौकिक दृश्य देखकर सभी उपस्थित जन चकित रह गए। कुँवर आपाबापू आजीवन कहते रहे: “संतों की कृपा अनुपम होती है! नारायणदास स्वामी ने मेरा ज्वर लिया, उसके बाद मुझे जीवनभर कभी ज्वर नहीं आया और न कभी कोई औषधि लेनी पड़ी!” दरबार आपाबापू आगे चलकर स्वयं एक उच्च कोटि के आत्मनिवेदी भक्त बने।

Sadguru Narayandasji Swami Absorbing the Royal Family’s Fever and Discharging it into the Machhundri River at Pati-Mansa
The historic outlawry (baharwatu) of the noble chieftain Darbar Valera Varu was successfully resolved within merely seven days through the divine blessings of Sadguru Gunatitanand Swami, who personally tied the auspicious festoon (toran) welcoming peace to Pati-Mansa. Through Swami’s grace, the banyan tree of Satsang flourished within the royal household, producing numerous realized souls.
On one occasion, Sadguru Narayandasji Swami arrived at Pati-Mansa from Junagadh accompanied by an entourage of eleven sadhus, lodging at the local temple. That morning, only Bhayabapu from the royal palace arrived at the temple, as he was the only member in good health. When Narayandas Swami inquired about the rest of the household, Bhayabapu explained with distress: “Swami! A virulent outbreak of high fever has struck our entire palace, leaving everyone severely bedridden and unable to visit the temple.”
Hearing this, Narayandas Swami’s heart surged with profound compassion. He declared: “Darbar! We wish to personally visit the Darbargadh to check on everyone’s well-being; go ahead and make suitable arrangements.” Bhayabapu arranged seating for the sadhus beside the beds of the ailing men, and Narayandas Swami arrived with his assembly.
Addressing the sadhus, Swami said: “Holy saints! This royal family is the recipient of our Gurudev Gunatitanand Swami’s special grace. They faithfully remit the tenth and twentieth portions of their revenues to Shri Radharamandev in Junagadh. Today, we must remove their afflictions. Exactly eleven individuals are suffering from fever here, and we are eleven sadhus! Let us pray to Shri Hari that they all recover completely, and let their bodily fever be absorbed into our own physical frames!”
Having spoken thus, Swami offered sanctified water (charanamrit) of Thakorji and instructed Bhayabapu to administer it to each patient. Standing nearby was the fifteen-year-old prince, Kuvar Apabapu; Swami affectionately placed his hand upon the boy’s head. The moment they drank the sanctified water, a miracle occurred! The fever immediately broke in all eleven patients and transferred into the bodies of the eleven sadhus! The severe fever of young Kuvar Apabapu was personally absorbed by Sadguru Narayandasji Swami himself!
The sadhus returned to the temple, shivering with intense fever. In the afternoon, Narayandas Swami smiled and said, “Today, we shall go bathe in the Machhundri River and cast this fever into its flowing waters!” The Darbars harnessed bullock carts and conveyed the sadhus towards Una along the banks of the Machhundri River. Swami instructed the sadhus: “You have faithfully obeyed the divine command and relieved others’ agony today, earning our deepest pleasure. Now take a dip in the holy river, and this fever shall be washed away!” The eleven sadhus immersed themselves in the waters; the moment they emerged, the fever had completely vanished, leaving them refreshed and as light as flowers!
Witnessing this supernatural demonstration of spiritual power, the onlookers were awestruck. Throughout his long life, Prince Apabapu would recount: “The grace of exalted Satpurushas is extraordinary! After Narayandas Swami took away my fever, I never suffered from fever again in my entire life, nor did I ever need to consume medicine!” Darbar Apabapu subsequently evolved into an exemplary self-surrendered (atmanivedi) devotee.
