કંડોરણામાં રાત્રિના અંધકારમાં તેજોમય વિમાન સાથે પધારેલા શ્રીહરિએ વિરૂબાઈને અક્ષરધામની પ્રસાદી આપી કેશવજી દવેને પરમ ધામ પધરાવ્યા.
સૌરાષ્ટ્રના કંડોરણા ગામમાં પૂર્ણ પુરુષોત્તમ શ્રીજીમહારાજના પરમ નિષ્ઠાવાન હરિભક્ત કેશવજી દવે રહેતા હતા. તેઓ વૃદ્ધાવસ્થામાં માંદગીના બિછાને પડ્યા હતા અને ખાટલામાં સૂતાં સૂતાં અહોરાત્ર શ્રીહરિની મૂર્તિનું સ્મરણ કરતા હતા.
જ્યારે તેમનો અંતકાળ નજીક આવ્યો, ત્યારે રાત્રિનો એક પહોર બાકી હતો તેવા બ્રહ્મમુહૂર્તમાં સાક્ષાત્ શ્રીજીમહારાજ દિવ્ય તેજોમય વિમાન, સુવર્ણ પાલખી અને મુક્તો-પાર્ષદોના સંઘ સાથે કેશવજી દવેને તેડવા પધાર્યા!
તે સમયે ગામના બજારમાંથી ભાટિયા જ્ઞાતિનાં વિરૂબાઈ નામે એક પવિત્ર મુમુક્ષુ બહેન વહેલી સવારે કોઈ કામસર પસાર થતાં હતાં. રાત્રિના ઘોર અંધકારમાં તેમણે ગામની બજારમાં દિવ્ય તેજનો મોટો પ્રકાશપુંજ, અદ્ભુત વિમાન અને સુવર્ણ પાલખી દીઠાં! શ્રીજીમહારાજે વિમાનને થોડે છેટે ઊભું રાખીને પોતાના બે તેજોમય પાર્ષદોને આજ્ઞા કરી: “જાઓ, પેલાં વિરૂબાઈને અક્ષરધામની આ સાકર અને એલચીની પ્રસાદી આપી આવો!”
બંને દિવ્ય પાર્ષદોએ વિરૂબાઈ સમીપે આવી હાથમાં સુગંધિત સાકર અને મોટી એલચીઓ ધરી. વિરૂબાઈ આ અલૌકિક તેજસ્વી પુરુષોને જોઈ આશ્ચર્યથી પૂછવા લાગ્યાં: “આપ કોણ છો? અને આ દિવ્ય પાલખીમાં બિરાજેલા તેજોમય મહાપુરુષ કોણ છે?” પાર્ષદોએ સ્મિત સાથે કહ્યું: “બહેન! એ સાક્ષાત્ પૂર્ણ પુરુષોત્તમ ભગવાન શ્રી સ્વામિનારાયણ છે અને અમે એમના ધામના પાર્ષદો છીએ. આપને ભગવાન સ્વામિનારાયણ પ્રત્યે અંતરમાં સાચો સ્નેહ છે, તેથી પ્રભુએ સ્વહસ્તે આપના માટે આ દિવ્ય પ્રસાદી મોકલી છે!” વિરૂબાઈએ ભાવપૂર્વક પ્રસાદી સ્વીકારી પૂછ્યું: “આપ સહુ આ મધ્યરાત્રે ક્યાં પધારો છો?” પાર્ષદોએ જણાવ્યું: “તમારા ગામમાં રહેતા હરિભક્ત કેશવજી દવેની આયુષ્ય પૂર્ણ થઈ છે, તેથી પ્રભુ તેમને અક્ષરધામ તેડવા પધારી રહ્યા છે! જો તમારે ખાતરી કરવી હોય તો હમણાં જ એમના ઘેર જઈને તપાસ કરજો!” આમ કહી પાર્ષદો અદ્રશ્ય થયા અને શ્રીહરિનો રથ કેશવજી દવેના ઘર તરફ આગળ વધ્યો.
વિરૂબાઈએ તત્કાળ ઘેર દોડી જઈ પોતાના ભાઈને જગાડ્યા અને હથેળીમાં રહેલી દિવ્ય સુગંધિત સાકર-એલચી બતાવી સમગ્ર ઘટના કહી સંભળાવી. બંને ભાઈ-બહેન સફાળાં દોડીને કેશવજી દવેના ઘેર પહોંચ્યાં. ત્યાં જઈને જોયું તો બરાબર તે જ ક્ષણે કેશવજી દવે “શ્રી સ્વામિનારાયણ… સ્વામિનારાયણ…” સ્મરણ કરતાં કરતાં દેહત્યાગ કરી અક્ષરધામમાં સિધાવી ચૂક્યા હતા! આ જોઈ બંને ભાઈ-બહેનને પ્રભુના સાક્ષાત્કારની સોળ આની પ્રતીતિ થઈ ગઈ.
સવારે કેશવજી દવેનો અગ્નિસંસ્કાર સંપન્ન થયા બાદ વિરૂબાઈએ તેમના પુત્ર ચકુભાઈ તથા પરિવારજનો સમક્ષ રાત્રિની વાત કરતાં કહ્યું: “ગઈકાલે રાત્રે તમારા પિતાજીને તેડવા સાક્ષાત્ શ્રીજીમહારાજ પધાર્યા હતા અને મને આ અક્ષરધામની સાકર અને એલચી પ્રસાદી રૂપે આપી ગયા છે, તે જુઓ!” ચકુભાઈ અને સમગ્ર પરિવારે એ પ્રસાદી હાથમાં લઈ નિહાળી અને સૂંઘી તો આ લોકમાં ક્યાંય જોવા ન મળે તેવી અલૌકિક, દિવ્ય સુગંધ ફેલાઈ ગઈ! ચકુભાઈએ આશ્ચર્યચકિત થઈ કહ્યું: “વિરૂબાઈ! આવી સાકર અને એલચી તો મૃત્યુલોકમાં ક્યાંય હોતી જ નથી! આ દિવ્ય પ્રસાદી આપ અમને આપી દો, તેના બદલામાં અમે આપને સો રોકડી ચાંદીની કોરીઓ આપવા તૈયાર છીએ!”
પરંતુ પૂર્વજન્મનાં સંસ્કારી વિરૂબાઈએ દ્રઢતાથી કહ્યું: “ભાઈ! સાક્ષાત્ પૂર્ણ પુરુષોત્તમ શ્રીહરિએ પોતાના વરદહસ્તે મોકલેલી આ અમૂલ્ય પ્રસાદી હું કોઈ પણ ભોગે ન આપું! આવી દૈવી પ્રસાદી જીવનમાં ફરી ક્યારે મળે?” વિરૂબાઈએ એ પ્રસાદી અત્યંત મહિમાપૂર્વક પોતાના પૂજાસ્થાને સાચવી રાખી અને આજીવન અનન્ય સત્સંગી બન્યાં.

कंडोरणा में केशवजी दवे का धामगमन, विरूबाई भाटिया को विमान दर्शन और दिव्य मिश्री-इलायची की प्रसादी
कंडोरणा में भक्त केशवजी दवे के अंतिम समय में श्रीजीमहाराज दिव्य विमान और पार्षदों सहित पधारे।
रास्ते में भाटिया जाति की विरूबाई को विमान के दर्शन हुए। श्रीहरि ने पार्षदों द्वारा विरूबाई को दिव्य मिश्री और इलायची की प्रसादी भिजवाई और बताया कि हम केशवजी दवे को अक्षरधाम लेने जा रहे हैं।
विरूबाई ने भाई को जगाकर केशवजी के घर जाकर देखा, तो उसी क्षण केशवजी अक्षरधाम सिधार चुके थे। सुबह पुत्र चकुभाई ने उस दिव्य सुगंधित प्रसादी के बदले १०० कोरी (चांदी के सिक्के) देने की पेशकश की, किंतु विरूबाई ने प्रभु की प्रसादी को धन से बढ़कर मानकर सहेज कर रखा।

Keshavji Dave’s Liberation in Kandorna, Virubai Bhatia’s Celestial Vision, and Prasadi of Sugar and Cardamom
In the village of Kandorna in Saurashtra lived Keshavji Dave, a devout and dedicated disciple of Supreme Lord Shreeji Maharaj. In his advanced age, he lay bedridden with illness, unceasingly contemplating the divine form of Shreehari upon his cot.
When his final earthly hour approached during the sacred early morning watch (Brahma-muhurta), Supreme Lord Shreeji Maharaj descended in person accompanied by a resplendent celestial chariot, a golden palanquin, and a glorious assembly of liberated muktas and radiant attendants (parshads) to escort His devotee!
At that late hour, a pious woman of the Bhatia community named Virubai was walking through the deserted village bazaar. In the pitch darkness of night, her eyes widened in astonishment as she beheld an overwhelming aura of brilliant light illuminating the lane, accompanied by a magnificent flying chariot and a golden palanquin! Halting the chariot momentarily, Shreeji Maharaj instructed two luminous parshads: “Go, present these consecrated sugar candies and aromatic green cardamoms from Akshardham to devout Virubai standing yonder!”
The two radiant attendants approached Virubai and placed the extraordinarily fragrant sugar lumps and large cardamoms into her hands. Trembling in awe before these celestial beings, Virubai asked: “Who are you divine beings? And who is the radiant Emperor seated upon that golden palanquin?” The attendants smiled serenely: “Sister! He is none other than the Supreme Purushottam Bhagwan Shree Swaminarayan, and we are attendants of His eternal abode! Because of your genuine inner love for God, the Lord has personally sent you this celestial prasadi!” Virubai accepted the holy offering with deep reverence and inquired: “Where is the divine entourage bound at this midnight hour?” The parshads revealed: “In your village, the life-span of devotee Keshavji Dave has expired; the Supreme Lord is on His way to escort him to Akshardham! If you seek proof, visit his house immediately and witness it!” With these words, the divine beings merged back into the procession as it moved toward Keshavji’s home.
Overwhelmed, Virubai sprinted home, awakened her brother, and displayed the celestial, intoxicatingly fragrant cardamoms and sugar crystals, recounting the entire miracle. Rushing together to Keshavji Dave’s house, they arrived at the very instant Keshavji Dave chanted “Shree Swaminarayan… Swaminarayan…” with his final breath and peacefully ascended to Akshardham! Beholding this exact confirmation, the siblings experienced absolute spiritual conviction in the supreme divinity of Bhagwan Swaminarayan.
The following morning, after Keshavji Dave’s funeral pyre was extinguished, Virubai visited his grieving son, Chakubhai, and the family, relating the midnight encounter: “Last night, Supreme Lord Shreeji Maharaj arrived in person to escort your revered father, and He granted me this celestial sugar and cardamom from His own hands—behold!” Chakubhai and the relatives inspected the prasadi. An otherworldly, ambrosial fragrance unlike anything known on earth enveloped the entire room! Astounded, Chakubhai pleaded: “Virubai! Such sugar and cardamoms do not exist anywhere in this mortal world! Please surrender this divine prasadi to us, and in return, we will gladly pay you one hundred silver koris in cash!”
However, spiritually enlightened Virubai steadfastly refused: “Brother! This divine prasadi was bestowed upon me directly by the Supreme Lord Himself; no wealth on earth could purchase it! How could I ever part with such a priceless spiritual treasure?” Virubai enshrined the sacred prasadi in her home altar with boundless reverence, remaining an ardent disciple of Shreehari for the rest of her days.
