શ્રીહરિની પરાવાણી: મનુષ્યદેહની પરમ દુર્લભતા, તેને માયિક સુખોમાં વ્યર્થ ગુમાવવાની ચેતવણી, સાડા ત્રણ કરોડ પ્રાકૃત પ્રલયનો કાળ અને મોક્ષદાતા સંતનો આશ્રય.
શ્રીહરિએ પોતાની પરાવાણીમાં મનુષ્યદેહની અતિશય દુર્લભતા અને આત્મકલ્યાણના સાચા માર્ગ વિશે ગંભીર ચેતવણી આપતાં ઉપદેશ આપ્યો છે:
આવો અમૂલ્ય મનુષ્યદેહ પામ્યા છતાં જો જીવ ખોટાં માયિક સુખોમાં અને મતવાદી ગુરુઓના આશરે રહીને આ અવસર વ્યર્થ હારી જાય છે, તો તે જીવને યમયાતના, નરકકુંડોનાં અસહ્ય દુઃખો અને ચોર્યાસી લાખ યોનિઓનાં કષ્ટ ભોગવવાં પડે છે. શાસ્ત્રોમાં કહ્યા મુજબ સાડા ત્રણ કરોડ પ્રાકૃત પ્રલય વીતી જાય, એટલા સુદીર્ઘ કાળ પછી ફરીથી આ મોક્ષક્ષેત્ર ભારતભૂમિમાં આવો મનુષ્યદેહ પામવાનો વારો આવે છે! ફરીથી મનુષ્ય અવતાર પામવામાં આટલો મોટો વિલંબ રહેલો છે.
માટે હે ભાઈ ! જો અંતરમાં સત્ય સૂઝે તો આજ જ જાગૃત થઈને સમજી લો. મોક્ષના પરમ દાતા એવા પ્રગટ સદ્ગુરુ અને સંતનો અનન્ય આશ્રય કરો. તેમની આજ્ઞામાં રહીને પોતાના દેહ, ઇન્દ્રિયો અને અંતઃકરણને વર્તાવો, પોતાના આત્માનું પરમ શ્રેય સાધીને ભગવાનના દિવ્ય અક્ષરધામમાં પહોંચી જાઓ.
જો આજ આ પરમ સત્ય નહીં સમજો અને મોક્ષના સાધનરૂપ આ માનવદેહને વ્યર્થ ગુમાવી દેશો, તો ફરીથી આવો અમૂલ્ય અવસર અને સત્સંગનો યોગ મળવામાં સાડા ત્રણ કરોડ પ્રાકૃત પ્રલય જેટલો વિલંબ થશે! તે કાળ પૂરો થયા પછી ફરીથી જ્યારે મોક્ષનો જોગ બનશે, ત્યારે પણ જો વિચારશો તો કલ્યાણ થશે; અને જો ત્યારે પણ નહીં સમજો તો ત્યારેય મોક્ષ થશે નહીં. આ સનાતન અવિચળ સિદ્ધાંત છે.

श्रीहरि ने अपनी दिव्य परावाणी में मानव देह की दुर्लभता और मुक्ति के मार्ग पर गंभीर उपदेश दिया है:
ऐसा अमूल्य मनुष्य देह पाकर भी यदि जीव सांसारिक तुच्छ सुखों और पाखंडी गुरुओं के जाल में फंसकर इस अवसर को गंवा देता है, तो उसे यमयातना, नरक के घोर कष्ट और चौरासी लाख योनियों के असह्य दुःख भोगने पड़ते हैं। शास्त्रों के अनुसार साढ़े तीन करोड़ प्राकृत प्रलय बीत जाने के पश्चात ही पुनः इस मोक्षभूमि में मानव देह प्राप्त करने का सुअवसर मिलता है!
अतः हे मानव ! यदि समझ सको तो आज ही जागृत हो जाओ। मोक्ष के दाता सच्चे सद्गुरु और संतों का आश्रय ग्रहण करो। उनकी आज्ञा में अपनी देह, इंद्रियों और अंतःकरण को प्रवृत्त कर अपनी आत्मा का परम कल्याण सिद्ध कर प्रभु के परमधाम को प्राप्त करो।
यदि आज यह सत्य नहीं समझोगे और इस मोक्षदायिनी देह को व्यर्थ खो दोगे, तो पुनः ऐसा दिव्य योग मिलने में करोड़ों कल्पों का विलंब होगा। उस समय भी यदि सुबुद्धि से विचार करोगे तभी मोक्ष होगा, अन्यथा नहीं। यह सनातन अकाट्य सिद्धांत है।

Subordinate your body, senses, and inner faculties to their righteous commands, attain the ultimate spiritual elevation of your soul, and reach the eternal Akshardham of God.
If you fail to grasp this reality today and squander this vessel of salvation, ages equal to three and a half crore cosmic dissolutions will elapse before such an auspicious spiritual communion is granted again. Even when that distant time arrives, salvation will occur only if you choose wisdom; if you remain negligent, liberation will still elude you. This is the eternal, immutable spiritual truth.
