૭ વર્ષની દીકરીએ ભોંયપથારીએથી ગઢડાની વાડીમાં આંબા નીચે બિરાજમાન શ્રીહરિનું દર્શન વર્ણવ્યું; ગામના સંઘના ૧૦ દિવસે પરત આવવાની આગાહી સાચી પડતાં ભારમલ શેઠ સત્સંગી થયા.
કચ્છ દેશના ધ્રૂંફી ગામમાં વણિક ભારમલ શેઠ રહેતા હતા. તેઓ સત્સંગી નહોતા. તેમને સાત વર્ષની એક નાની દીકરી હતી, જે ગંભીર બીમારીને લીધે મરણપથારીએ પડી હતી અને ભોંય પથારી કરીને સૂવડાવેલી હતી. એમના પડોશમાં ભાનુશાળી શેઠ નામે એક નિષ્ઠાવાન સત્સંગી રહેતા હતા. પડોશીની બાળકી અંતિમ ઘડીઓ ગણી રહી છે તે જાણી ભાનુશાળી શેઠે અન્ય સત્સંગીઓ—જેઠાભાઈ, કરમશી, રતનશી, કેશવ અને ભારશી વગેરેને સાથે લીધા અને ખબરઅંતર પૂછવા ભારમલ શેઠના ઘેર આવ્યા.
ભારમલ શેઠે સાદડી પાથરી સર્વે સત્સંગીઓને આવકાર્યા અને બોલ્યા: “આપ સહુ મારી બીમાર દીકરીની ખબર પૂછવા આવ્યા તે બહુ સારું કર્યું.” ત્યારે ભાનુશાળી શેઠે અત્યંત કરુણાભાવે કહ્યું: “શેઠ! અમારા સર્વાવતારી શ્રીજીમહારાજનો એવો દિવ્ય કોલ છે કે સત્સંગીના પડોશમાં કોઈ વ્યક્તિ મરણપથારીએ હોય અને જો તેને ભાવપૂર્વક સત્સંગના પંચવર્તમાન ધરાવવામાં આવે, તો અંતકાળે શ્રીહરિ પોતે તેને તેડવા પધારે છે અને તેનો જીવ કલ્યાણ પામી અક્ષરધામને પામે છે!” ભારમલ શેઠ બોલ્યા: “આપ સહુ મારા હિતેચ્છુ છો; જો મારી દીકરીના આત્માનું રૂડું થતું હોય તો આપ અવશ્ય તેને વર્તમાન ધરાવો!” સત્સંગીઓએ પવિત્ર જળ છાંટી તે સાત વર્ષની બાળકીને શ્રીહરિના પંચવર્તમાન ધારણ કરાવ્યા અને સ્વામિનારાયણ મહામંત્ર સંભળાવ્યો.
વર્તમાન ધારણ કરતાં જ બાળકી અચાનક પથારીમાંથી બેઠી થઈ ગઈ અને બે હાથ જોડી પ્રણામ કર્યા! સત્સંગીઓએ પૂછ્યું: “બેટા! તું કોને પગે લાગી?” બાળકી નિર્દોષ ભાવે બોલી: “હું તો સાક્ષાત્ ભગવાન શ્રી સ્વામિનારાયણને પગે લાગી!” ભક્તોએ પૂછ્યું: “તેઓ અત્યારે ક્યાં બિરાજે છે?” સાત વર્ષની બાળકીએ અદ્ભુત દિવ્ય દ્રષ્ટિથી વર્ણન કર્યું: “શ્રીજીમહારાજ અત્યારે ગઢડા ગામમાં એક સુંદર વાડીમાં મોટા આંબાના વૃક્ષ નીચે ઓટા પર ઢોલિયામાં પૂર્વ દિશા તરફ મુખ રાખીને બિરાજમાન છે! સંતો વાજિંત્રો વગાડીને કીર્તનો ગાઈ રહ્યા છે અને સભા ભરાઈને બેઠી છે. આપણા ધ્રૂંફી ગામથી જે સંઘ ગઢડા ગયો છે, તે સહુ સત્સંગીઓ પણ ત્યાં સન્મુખ હાથ જોડીને દર્શન કરતા ઊભા છે!” સત્સંગીઓએ પરીક્ષા કરતાં કહ્યું: “દીકરી! તું કહે છે તે વાત અદ્ભુત છે; પરંતુ શ્રીહરિને પૂછી જો કે આપણા ગામનો એ સંઘ ક્યારે પાછો આવશે? જો તારી વાત સાચી પડશે તો અમને પૂર્ણ વિશ્વાસ બેસશે.” બાળકીએ ધ્યાનમાં શ્રીજીમહારાજને પૂછ્યું. શ્રીહરિએ હસીને કહ્યું: “તમારા ગામના સંઘવાળા આવતીકાલે સવારે ગઢડાથી નીકળશે અને બરાબર દસ દિવસે ધ્રૂંફી ગામ પાછા પહોંચશે!” બાળકીએ આ સંદેશો સહુને કહ્યો અને ઉમેર્યું: “હવે શ્રીજીમહારાજ મને કહે છે કે ‘ચાલ દીકરી, અમે તને અક્ષરધામ તેડી જવા આવ્યા છીએ!’ માટે હું તો પ્રભુ સંગાથે અક્ષરધામ જાઉં છું; તમે સહુ પ્રગટ ભગવાન શ્રી સ્વામિનારાયણનું ભજન કરજો જેથી યમપુરીના ત્રાસમાંથી છૂટી શકાય!” આટલું બોલતાં જ બાળકી શાંતિપૂર્વક દેહત્યાગ કરી અક્ષરધામમાં સીધાવી ગઈ!
બરાબર દસ દિવસ બાદ જ્યારે ધ્રૂંફી ગામનો સંઘ ગઢપુરથી પરત આવ્યો, ત્યારે પૂછપરછ કરતાં બાળકીએ વર્ણવેલી તમામ વિગતો—આંબાનું વૃક્ષ, ઓટો, સભા અને પ્રસ્થાનનો સમય—અક્ષરેઅક્ષર સાચી સાબિત થઈ! આ પ્રત્યક્ષ પરચો જોઈ ભારમલ શેઠ અને તેમનો સમગ્ર પરિવાર ગદ્ગદ થઈ શ્રીહરિના અનન્ય સત્સંગી બન્યા.

कच्छ देश के ध्रूंफी गांव में वणिक भारमल शेठ रहते थे। वे सत्संगी नहीं थे। उनकी सात वर्षीय पुत्री गंभीर रूप से अस्वस्थ होकर मृत्युशय्या पर पड़ी थी। पड़ोस में रहने वाले निष्ठावान भानुशाली शेठ तथा अन्य सत्संगी—जेठा, करमशी, रतनशी, केशव और भारशी आदि बालिका का हालचाल पूछने पहुंचे। भारमल शेठ ने उनका स्वागत किया।
भानुशाली शेठ ने कहा: “शेठजी! हमारे श्रीजी महाराज का पावन वचन है कि यदि मरणासन्न व्यक्ति को सत्संग के पंचवर्तमान धारण कराए जाएं, तो प्रभु स्वयं अंतकाल में उसे अपने परमधाम ले जाते हैं।” भारमल शेठ ने सहर्ष स्वीकृति दी: “आप मेरी पुत्री को वर्तमान धारण कराएं ताकि उसकी सद्गति हो!” सत्संगियों ने बालिका को वर्तमान धारण करवाकर स्वामिनारायण महामंत्र सुनाया।
वर्तमान धारण करते ही मरणासन्न बालिका उठ बैठी और हाथ जोड़कर नमन किया! पूछने पर वह बोली: “मैं भगवान स्वामिनारायण को प्रणाम कर रही हूं!” उपस्थित भक्तों ने पूछा: “वे इस समय कहां हैं?” सात वर्षीय बालिका ने अपनी दिव्य दृष्टि से बताया: “श्रीजी महाराज इस समय गढ़डा की एक वाड़ी में आम के वृक्ष के नीचे चबूतरे पर पूर्वाभिमुख होकर पलंग पर विराजमान हैं! संत कीर्तन गा रहे हैं और हमारे ध्रूंफी गांव का जो संघ दर्शनार्थ गया था, वह भी वहीं खड़ा दर्शन कर रहा है!” भक्तों ने पूछा: “प्रभु से पूछो कि हमारा संघ कब लौटेगा?” बालिका ने ध्यान में पूछा, तो श्रीहरि ने उत्तर दिया: “वे कल प्रातः प्रस्थान करेंगे और ठीक दसवें दिन ध्रूंफी पहुंचेंगे!” बालिका ने कहा: “अब महाराज मुझे अक्षरधाम चलने को कह रहे हैं, अतः मैं प्रभु के साथ जा रही हूं; आप सब भी भगवान का भजन करना!” इतना कहकर उसने शांतिपूर्वक देह त्याग दिया।
दस दिन बाद जब संघ लौटा, तो बालिका द्वारा बताया गया एक-एक विवरण पूर्णतः सत्य निकला! यह प्रत्यक्ष चमत्कार देखकर भारमल शेठ और उनका पूरा परिवार निष्ठावान सत्संगी बन गया।

Initiation of Bharmal Sheth’s Ailing Daughter in Dhrunphi, Her Cosmic Vision of Gadhada, and Prophecy of the Pilgrim Group
In the village of Dhrunphi in Kutch lived a merchant named Bharmal Sheth, who was not affiliated with Satsang. His seven-year-old daughter lay critically ill upon a floor bed, breathing her final breaths. Residing in the neighboring house was Bhanushali Sheth, a devout follower of Bhagwan Swaminarayan. Accompanied by fellow devotees—Jetho, Karamshi, Ratanshi, Keshav, and Bharshi—he visited Bharmal Sheth to offer neighborly solace. Bharmal Sheth spread a grass mat and welcomed them cordially.
Bhanushali Sheth gently explained: “Sheth! Supreme Lord Shreeji Maharaj has promised that if an ailing neighbor on their deathbed is initiated into the sacred five moral disciplines (Panch-Vartaman), Shreehari personally arrives at their final moment to escort their soul to the eternal bliss of Akshardham!” Bharmal Sheth gladly consented: “You are my true well-wishers; if it bestows ultimate liberation upon my dying child, pray initiate her at once!” The devotees sprinkled sanctified water and administered the five vows to the little girl, chanting the sacred Swaminarayan Mahamantra into her ears.
The moment she was initiated, the dying child miraculously sat upright and bowed with folded hands! The astonished devotees enquired: “Child! To whom did you just offer prostrations?” The innocent girl replied clearly: “I offered prostrations to Bhagwan Shree Swaminarayan!” They asked: “Where is He seated at this very moment?” Through divine spiritual vision, the seven-year-old described the scene with photographic precision: “Shreeji Maharaj is seated in an orchard in Gadhada, resting upon a cot under a large mango tree facing east! Saints are playing musical instruments and singing devotional kirtans before a massive assembly; and the pilgrim group that departed from our village of Dhrunphi is standing right there enjoying His darshan!” The devotees tested her: “Ask Shreeji Maharaj on what day our village pilgrim group will return home?” The girl enquired of the Lord within her vision; Shreehari smiled and replied: “The pilgrims of your village will depart Gadhada tomorrow morning and return to Dhrunphi on the tenth day!” Relaying this prophecy, the child added: “Now Shreeji Maharaj says, ‘Come daughter, We have arrived to take you to Akshardham!’ Therefore, I am ascending to Akshardham with the Lord; all of you should sincerely worship Bhagwan Swaminarayan to transcend the fears of worldly existence!” Having spoken these sacred words, she peacefully departed her mortal frame and ascended to Akshardham.
Exactly ten days later, when the pilgrim party returned to Dhrunphi from Gadhpur, every detail narrated by the dying child—the mango tree, the cot, the assembly, and the exact hour of departure—was confirmed to the letter! Beholding this undeniable spiritual reality, Bharmal Sheth and his entire family joyfully embraced the Swaminarayan fellowship.
